I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Article 30 of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 20 May 2015 [OJ No. L141, 5.6.2015, P.73.], as amended by Article 1(15) of Directive (EU) 2018/843 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 [OJ No. L156,19.6.2018, P. 43.], hereby make the following regulations:
