Regulation 6 Natural persons reasonably believed to be beneficial owners: duty to give particular notice to them -

Without prejudice to the generality of Regulation 5(2), a relevant entity shall give to any natural person whom it has reasonable cause to believe to be a beneficial owner of it the notice referred to in Regulation 7(1), but this is subject to Regulation 7(4).
