6. Amendment of section 472C (relief for trade union subscriptions) of Principal Act.

As respects the year of assessment 2006 and subsequent years of assessment, section 472C of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (1), by substituting "€300" for "€200" (inserted by the Finance Act 2004) in the definition of "specified amount".
