(1) Schedule 13 to the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following after paragraph 153 (inserted by the Finance Act 2005) -
"154. National Council for Special Education.
155. National Library of Ireland.
156. An Education Support Centre established under section 37 of the Education Act 1998.
157. Irish Health Services Accreditation Board.".
(2) Subsection (1) comes into operation on 1 May 2006.
