Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit)(No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into force on the later of IP completion day or the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are laid before Parliament.
