Regulation 30 Interpretation

In this Part "relevant proxy advisor services" means proxy advisor services provided to a shareholder with respect to the shares of any company where - (a) the company’s registered office is situated in the United Kingdom or in Gibraltar; and (b) the shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market situated or operating within the United Kingdom or in Gibraltar.
