48. Amendment of section 835D (principles for constructing rules in accordance with OECD guidelines) of Principal Act.
(1) Section 835D of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (1) in paragraph (b) of the definition of "transfer pricing guidelines" by inserting "and 22 July 2010 and by the revision approved by the OECD Council on 22 July 2010" after "16 July 2009".
(2) This section applies as on and from the date of the passing of this Act.
