76. Reductions of duty on certain gaming machine licences.

Paragraph (aa) (inserted by section 74(2) of the Finance Act, 1980) of subsection (7) of section 43 of the Finance Act, 1975, shall, as respects the grant of gaming machine licences on or after the 1st day of June, 1996, be amended by the substitution for "£60", "£120", "£180" and "£240" (inserted by section 160(3)(b) of the Finance Act, 1992) of "£25", "£50", "£75" and "£100", respectively.
