78. Amendment of section 92 (tax concessions for disabled drivers, etc.) of Finance Act, 1989.

Section 92 (as amended by section 124 of the Finance Act, 1991) of the Finance Act, 1989, is hereby amended in subsection (1) by the substitution in paragraph (ii) of "10 per cent." for "20 per cent.".
