55. Disputed claims in relation to presidential election expenses.

If the presidential election agent of a candidate at a presidential election or a  referred to in section 52(6) disputes any claim delivered to the agent or person concerned within the period allowed for the delivery of such claims under section 54, the person by whom the claim is made may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order for payment of the claim and the court may, on being satisfied that the claim should be paid, make an order for payment and specify the amount which is payable.
