105. Disputed claims in relation to Limerick mayoral election expenses.

Where the mayoral election agent of a candidate at a Limerick mayoral election or a person to whom subsection (5) of section 101 applies disputes any claim delivered to the mayoral election agent or person, as the case may be, before the expiration of the period specified in section 104, the person by whom the claim is made may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order for payment of the amount of the claim and the court may, on being satisfied that the amount of the claim is owed, in whole or in part, to the person by the mayoral election agent or person to whom the said subsection (5) of section 101 applies, make an order for payment by the said mayoral election agent or person to whom the said subsection (5) of section 101 applies of that amount (or part thereof) to the person who made the application.
