45. Amendment of section 67 of Finance Act 2010 (natural gas carbon tax rate)

Section 67 of the Finance Act 2010 is amended with effect as on and from 1 May 2020 -

(a) in subsection (1), by substituting "€5.22" for "€4.10", and

(b) in subsection (3), by substituting "€0.026" for "€0.020".
