This Act shall apply to every unlimited company registered in pursuance of the Companies Act, 1879, as a limited company, in the same manner as it applies to an unlimited company registered in pursuance of this Act as a limited company:
Provided that reference, express or implied, to the date of registration shall be construed as a reference to the date at which the company wasregistered, as a limited company under the Companies Act, 1879.
