Export Control (Venezuela Sanctions) Order 2018 [SI 2018 No. 108]
Despite the repeal of European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) s. 1, EU-derived domestic legislation, as it has effect in domestic law immediately before exit day, continues to have effect in domestic law during the implementation period under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) s. 1B and on and after IP completion day under by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) s. 2.
