Regulation 94 Collaboration with competent authorities in other Member States.

The Bank shall collaborate closely with the competent authorities in other Member States in order to carry out its authorization and supervision duties under these Regulations and shall for those purposes alone communicate to the competent authorities in other Member States all information required by them.
