(1) Proceedings for an offence under this Part may be brought and prosecuted by the Bank, but nothing in this paragraph precludes any other person authorised by law to do so from bringing and prosecuting such an offence.
(2) Proceedings for an offence under this Part may be brought no later than 12 months after the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed.
