Schedule 2 to the Central Bank Act 1942 (No. 22 of 1942) (as subsituted by section 31 of the Central Bank and Financial Servcies Authority of ireland Act 2003) is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting from Part 2 the item relating to the European Communities (Cross Border Payments in Euro) Regulations 2002 (S.I. No. 335 of 2002);
(b) by inserting at the end of that Part:
