In regulation 34 of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2013 [S.I. 2013/3115, amended by S.I. 2018/1401.] -

(a) in paragraph (3) -

(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert "and";

(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit "and";

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (d);

(b) after paragraph (3), insert -

"(3A) In making the assessment required by paragraph (3), the FCA must also take into account their assessment of systemic risk."
