32. Amendment of section 33(3) of Act of 1994

Section 33(3) of the Act of 1994 is amended by the substitution of "On the receipt of such a direction, the general partner shall thereupon (or immediately after)" for "Upon receipt of such a direction, the general partner shall within ten days of the date thereof,".
