Schedule 5 to the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 is amended, in paragraph 1(4), by the insertion, after "Quality and Qualifications Ireland," (inserted by section 18 of the Social Welfare and Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013), of the following:
"Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Investment Limited Partnerships,
Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles, Credit Unions and Unit Trusts,
Registrar of Beneficial Ownership of Common Contractual Funds,".
