Section 82 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in paragraph (k), by the substitution of "section 121, or" for "section 121.", and

(b) by the insertion, after paragraph (k), of the following paragraphs:

"(l) is a key function holder, or

(m) is a depositary referred to in Part VIB.".
