Regulation 49 Correction of defect in instrument relating to the UK's withdrawal from the EU and bank recovery and resolution

(1) In the Bank Recovery and Resolution and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 [S.I. 2018/1394, amended by S.I. 2019/710 and S.I. 2020/1350.], in Schedule 1, in paragraph 42, omit sub-paragraph (4).

(2) In consequence of the amendment made by paragraph (1), in the Bank Recovery and Resolution (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 [S.I. 2020/1350.], in regulation 76, omit paragraph (4).
