I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Directive 2001/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 May 2001 [O.J. No. L 184, 6.7.2001, pp.1-66], as amended by Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003 [O.J. No. L 345, 31.12.2003, pp 64-89], and Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 [O.J. No. L 390, 31.12.2004, pp 38-57] and giving further effect to Article 32(5) of the last-mentioned Directive, hereby make the following regulations:
