Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and construction

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Admissions to Listing and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2007.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 13 June 2007.

(3) These Regulations shall be read as one with the Companies Acts.
