41. Expenses of the Bureau.

(1) Subject to any general directions which may, from time to time, be given by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, there shall be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas in every year to the Bureau an amount equal to the expenses which, in the opinion of the Minister, are reasonably and properly incurred in the performance of its functions, less any fees or other payments made to the Bureau under this Act or the establishment order.
