No action or other legal proceeding shall lie (except in the case of wilful neglect or default) against the Director or any member, officer or servant of the Bureau by reason of, or arising out of, the carrying out of any analysis or determination under this Act, the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978, or the Road Traffic Act, 1994.
