On 30 June 2020, the European Supervisory Authorities published the Draft Final Report following consultation on draft regulatory technical standards to amend the PRIIPs KID (Concerning amendments to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/653 of 8 March 2017 on key information documents (KID) for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs)) (JC 2020 66) to amend the PRIIPs RTS.

Better Regulation has incorporated the proposed amendments from the Draft Report into a condensed marked-up copy of the PRIIPs Delegated Regulation in advance of formal adoption (subject to change).
