Draft Final Report following consultation on draft regulatory technical standards to amend the PRIIPs KID - Concerning amendments to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/653 of 8 March 2017 on key information documents (KID) for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) (JC 2020 66)

Better Regulation has incorporated the proposed amendments from this Draft Report into a condensed marked-up copy of the PRIIPS Delegated Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/653) as a guide for users in advance of fomal adoption (subject to change).
