Regulation 37 Saver of rights of previously employed contributor.
An employed contributor who becomes a voluntary contributor shall have the same right to illness benefit, jobseeker’s benefit, maternity benefit, adoptive benefit, paternity benefit, invalidity pension, or treatment benefit as he would have had if, following his ceasing to be an employed contributor, he had not become a voluntary contributor.
