Article 8 Rules for the reporting of fundamental data on electricity

1. Electricity transmission system operators shall, on behalf of market participants, report information to the national regulatory authority in relation to the capacity and use of facilities for production, consumption and transmission of electricity including planned and unplanned unavailability of these facilities as referred to in Articles 6 to 17 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 [Commission Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 of 14 June 2013 on submission and publication of data in electricity markets and amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 714/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 163, 15.6.2013, p. 1).].

2. Electricity transmission system operators shall make the information referred to in paragraph 1 available to the national regulatory authority as soon as reasonably practicable after they obtain the information.

Information referred to in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 shall be made available to the national regulatory authority in disaggregated form including the name and location of the consumption unit referred no later than the following working day.

Information referred to in Article 16(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 shall be made available to the national regulatory authority no later than the following working day.
