1. Market participants disclosing inside information on their website or service providers disclosing such information on market participants' behalf shall provide web feeds to enable the national regulatory authority to collect these data efficiently.

2. When reporting information referred to in Articles 6, 8 and 9 including inside information, the market participant shall identify itself or shall be identified by the third party reporting on its behalf in such manner as the national regulatory authority may direct.

3. Market participants, and third parties reporting on their behalf, must comply with any procedures, standards or electronic formats established by the national regulatory authority for reporting of information referred to in Articles 6, 8 and 9.
