(1) Regulation 10 of the 2013 Regulations (NI) is amended as follows.

(2) After paragraph (1)(b) omit "or".

(3) After paragraph (1)(c) insert -

"or

(d) may be guilty of an offence under the Electricity and Gas (Market Integrity and Transparency) (Criminal Sanctions) Regulations 2015."

(4) For paragraph (2) substitute -

"(2) For the purposes of an investigation under paragraph (1)(a),(c) or (d) the Authority has the powers conferred by regulations 11 to 19."
