31. Use of words "credit union'.

A person, not being a credit union or a body of credit unions, shall not use, in reference to himself, a name, title or descriptive expression containing the words "credit union" or the words "comhar creidmheasa" or any cognate term or any derivative or translation of those words or represent himself as being a credit union or a body of credit unions, as the case may be.
