33. Registrar's power to petition High Court for winding up of a credit union.

The registrar may, with the consent of the Minister, petition the High Court for an order to wind up a credit union on the ground that it is unable to pay its debts or has, after notice from the registrar, wilfully violated a provision of the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts, 1893 to 1966.
