I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise Trade and Employment in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving full effect to Directive (EU) 2019/1152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 [OJ No. L 186, 11.7.2019, p. 105.] on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union, hereby make the following regulations:
