(1) Where a relevant agreement provides for the matters referred to in one or more relevant sections, that section or those sections shall not apply in relation to an employee to whom the relevant agreement for the time being has effect.
(2) In this section -
'relevant agreement' means -
(a) a collective agreement that for the time being stands approved of by the Labour Court, or
(b) a registered employment agreement;
'relevant section' means section 6D, 6E, 6F, or 6G.
