(1) The Commission shall within six months after the expiration of every year prepare and send to the Minister a report of its proceedings during such year and the Minister shall present every such report to each House of the Oireachtas immediately upon receiving the same.
(2) The Commission shall furnish to the Minister for publication in the Iris Oifigiúil such periodical returns in respect of the transactions of the Commission as the Minister shall from time to time direct.
