15. Amendment of section 51K of Act of 1961

Section 51K(3) of the Act of 1961 is amended, in paragraph (c), by the substitution of "periodic payments index" for "Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices as published by the Central Statistics Office or such other index as may be specified by the Minister under section 51L".
