Regulation 124 Amendment of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982

In Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 [1982 c. 30.] (control of sex establishments), in paragraph 12(1)(c) and (d) [Paragraph 12(1)(c) and (d) was amended by S.I. 2009/2999.], after "in" insert "the United Kingdom or".
