In section 120 of the Licensing Act 2003 [2003 c. 17. Section 120 was amended by paragraph 15(2) to (9) of Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Immigration Act 2016 (c. 19).] (determination of application for grant), in subsection (8)(c) omit "(other than the United Kingdom)".
