75. Amendment of section 75 of Principal Act (relief for intermediaries)

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 19 October 2023 by Dáil Éireann

Section 75 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (1), by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of "Directive":

"‘Directive’ means Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 [OJ No. L173, 12.6.2014, p.349] on markets in financial instruments and amending Directive 2002/92/EC and Directive 2011/61/EU;".
