(1) Article 2 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1 -

(a) for point (20) substitute -

"(20) "electricity generator" must be construed in accordance with Article 2c;";

(b) after point (23) insert -

"(24) "relevant CHP electricity" has the meaning given in Article 2c(6).".
