29. Notice of payment into relevant Funds

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 25 March 2024 by Dáil Éireann

Where the Minister proposes making a payment under section 8 or 9 to the FI Fund or under section 17 to the ICN Fund, the Minister shall provide the Agency with as much advance notice of the amount and proposed date of the payment as is reasonably practicable.
