30. Expenses of Agency in relation to relevant Funds

This format of the bill is taken from the text of stage 1 published on 25 March 2024 by Dáil Éireann

Notwithstanding section 11 of the Act of 1990, the expenses of the Agency in the performance of its functions under this Act in relation to each relevant Fund shall be defrayed from that relevant Fund.
