In this Act -

"AE provider scheme" shall be construed in accordance with section 69(2);

"Authority" has the meaning given by section 8;

"company" means - (a) a company formed and registered under the Companies Act 2014, or (b) an existing company within the meaning of that Act;

"contributing participant" shall be construed in accordance with section 57;

"contribution" means a participant contribution, an employer contribution or a State contribution;

"employee" has the meaning given by section 47;

"employer" has the meaning given by section 47;
