(1) In this Chapter -

"correspondence address" means: (a) in the case of a participant, the participant's last known address for correspondence according to the records of the Authority; (b) in the case of any other person, any address that appears to the Authority to be an address for correspondence, or the last known address for correspondence, for that person;

"dormancy period" means any period of 15 years ending with - (a) 30 September 2041, or(b) 30 September in any later year;

"register" means the register of unclaimed balances, established under section 94;
