Article 3

Every policy of industrial assurance issued after the commencement of Part V of the Insurance Act, 1936 (No. 45 of 1936), shall contain a copy of the following provisions of the said Act, that is to say, subsections (4), (5) and (6) of section 61 (which relates to contents of proposals for policies of industrial assurance), subsections (1), (2) and (3) of section 64 (which relates to the admission by industrial assurance companies of the age of the person whose life is assured), section 65 (which relates to the taking possession and the return by industrial assurance companies of policies, premium receipt books, or other documents issued by such company), section 66 (which relates to forfeiture for non-payment of premium), section 67 (which relates to the rights of a person entitled to a policy of industrial assurance when such policy becomes forfeited after the 31st day of December, 1937, by reason of the non-payment of a premium payable thereunder), section 69 (which relates to condi
