(1) Every insurance undertaking shall, in respect of the financial year in which these Regulations are made (or such subsequent financial year as the Minister may direct) and in each succeeding financial year, produce to the Minister an annual account covering the types of operation specified in the Schedule to these Regulations or such parts of that Schedule as the Minister may from time to time direct.
(2) In this Regulation "financial year" has the meaning assigned to it by section 2 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963).
