(1) Subject to paragraph (3) of this Regulation, any document submitted to the Minister under these Regulations shall be lodged in the Companies Registration Office and shall there be open to inspection by any person, and copies of such documents may be procured by any person on payment of such fees as the Minister may from time to time fix.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3) of this Regulation, the Minister shall at least once in each year lay before each House of the Oireachtas copies of all documents submitted to him under these Regulations in the previous year and may append to such documents any explanatory statement or commentary which he thinks fit.
(a) Paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Regulation do not apply to Forms 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 14 in the Schedule to these Regulations.
(b) Paragraph (1) of this Regulation does not apply to Form 16 in the Schedule to these Regulations.
