(1) The Bank may by regulation -
(a) prescribe the returns and documents to be submitted by holders of authorisations,
(b) require any return or document submitted to it to be attested by a person of professional standing specified by the Bank, and by directors and such officers of the company as it may prescribe,
(c) require that any such return or document shall be published in such manner as the Bank sees fit and that any return or document shall be laid before each House of the Oireachtas.
(2) The Bank has a right to disclose any such return or document to the supervisory authority of another EEA country so long as the disclosure is not prohibited by law.
